That is an important title 😊 I had the opportunity to become a leader as well but I felt the company I was working with at that time was not giving me the tools to make an impact so I decided to down role to a Cloud Engineer for one of the Top 500. Trying to work my way up is tough in big company. Maybe you can talk how you accomplish it and provide some motivation. Nice car btw!

First of all thank you for watching. Second thanks for the insight. My son tells me this all the time. I've been on the speaker circuit for years and took some time off so that I can buckle down on building my team and providing inside to my organization. But he's been telling me that people want to hear from leaders on how to get into the industry and those in the industry want to hear about how to get into leadership. Technology leadership is hard because there is no natural line of business for us. If you think there is room on KZbin for this type content, I will put something together.
