I absolutely love Hannover with full secondary build, i mean how can you not love it, focus one ship with secondaries, other with primary guns and just give enemies a panic! Love your videos, i have around 2500 battles and your videos really help me with positioning or your opinions on different ships and so. Hannover is my first * ship and i thought about putting Lutjens on it, but little voice inside my head is like "leave it on Bismarck, he is the Bismarcks captain", but now after seeing this i'm very convinced to put him on Hannover hahaha.

conqueror HE seems to work great vs super BBs, there so big its easy to get 14k-17k salvos while also setting 3 fires. (fires do % dmg so more overall HP more fire damage)

@@cleveland2286 agreed, but since you can’t push in 99% of games these days, playing a conq from range feels pretty good. It can deal with superbbs, it’s not terrible against carriers because of the heal and it can manage subs because (off the top of my head) it has higher range ASW. Fight fire with fire I guess.

Fight overmatch with fire i guess - getting hit in conquerer by over 457mm isnt fun either, but conquerer is really strong in the current meta of not pushing in at all (i dont mean that conquerer was weak at any time xD) I prefer conquerer over thunderer though using the worldburner build where you want to get on fire tonget ridiclious reload but avoid AP damage and torps if possible and heal it up - ideal with cunningham as captain - not as ideal against overmatch though :/

​@@Andi-ex2bk British HE ignores the armor of literally every battleship. Meanwhile, only 5 battleships in the game (only one tech tree, Yamato) can ignore British battleship armor (and french, but we're not talking about that) While one is comparing AP and the other HE, in the long-range engagements conq will find itself in, no ship is going to realistically citadel it when its angled. So AP's capability of citadeling other ships is pretty irrelevant at this range (20km) Its simply not okay to give a ship shells with no ricochet chance, damage that rivals AP full pens, except it can never overpen, a 48% chance of its 12 shells to cause 18% of a ship's (0.3% x 60 seconds) total healthpool in damage, capability to completely incapacitate the AA of a ship within singular salvoes as well as an extreme likelihood to incapacitate and destroy modules. All in turn for a kinda low HP pool and mediocre armor against HE spam, except you get a repair party that heals half your HP pool in one go and extremely low conceal that allows you to disengage at will, so both of those points are irrelevant. British HE is way stronger than overmatch when it comes to dealing with battleships. And British battleships overall are busted as shit. Eat your 460mm+ shells and be happy its not worse.

I use torpedo lookout system over concealment with secondary build and I think it is somewhat usable.

How are you liking the no captain stealth all brawl setup? Sometimes I wonder if it would be worth it to even drop ship stealth for consumables or something for bigger heals and longer hydro. It's not like the dispersion change is helping you much and you spend all game spotted anyway, so I've been thinking about trying it out. Quick question for anyone who would know while I'm thinking about it. Do consumable action time upgrades extend the life of the special instructions that the super BBs get? If you can extend the life of that secondary buff, it might actually be worth.

Could you do a Superships guide with recommendations to get which ones first? I am in a dilemma between Hannover and Satsuma as I find them both good but still can't decide. Or should I wait for the French Patrie which seems to be so good stats wise? Thanks PQ.

I still run secondary builds on some of the German BBs. GK is good with secondary build but you have watch your position and whats around that can hit you. Not get yourself into a bad spot. Thats my problem and it dont matter what ship Im on. lol

I haven't played in a while. What's the deal with subs? Do their torps have homing or not? I think I understand the ping vs. dcp mechanic, but what I don't understand is why I see so many videos with sub torps missing because they seem to not be homing. How does this work now?

the homing from torpedoes is only really prevalent when the sub "double pings" you in the same spot on your ship. if they ping you only once and launch the torpedoes they are more like destroyer torps

I've kinda of given up playing massive BBs like the Kurfurst because of all the torps from carriers and subs. Is it worth actually getting the Hannover?

No, Hannover is weak. Get Satsuma its better choice if you want super-BB

he uses aslain's mod. if it's not an option in the mod loader. you would have to change it in the mods folder in the wows game files.

Super CVs dont have reinforced decks. Plunging fire is actually capable of doing good damage.

false. even the US was buffed so that you can no longer pen it’s deck with AP.

They are buffing United States to have a 38mm deck which can't be overmatched any longer.

Love how I play only on console and like to complain about legendary tier (superships) and how unbalanced it is vs tier 7 ships yet I find myself only playing that tier and getting loads of damage per game

I'm glad you still like the game, but I'm actually lost. I can't figure out anything that I find interesting or fun. I'm sick of carriers and submarines, and there are also a number of other issues, including pacing. It is like I have to choose between boring nothingness for loooong minutes if not for the entire match or quick death.

I wish rather than carriers being aware of thier surroundings that WG would just remove them full stop because they make this game so frustrating its just zero fun when you are unlucky enough to get one in your match. They ain't called the fun police for nothing and thats quite a polite name for them considering arty in WOT's was once called sky cancer which to be honest suits CV's much better.
