Taking the greenway to Quarry Park | Winston Salem NC

We visited Winston Salem's newest park via the Peachtree Greenway and the Waughtown Connector.
Both greenways combined are approximately 2.25 miles in length and meet at the park.
Quarry Park opened to the public in August of 2017 with views of a water filled abandoned rock quarry, which I may or may not have swam in my youth and the Winston Salem skyline.
The Peachtree greenway leads to Quarry Park from the popular Salem Creek Greenway and Waughtown Connector leads to the park from the south.
