Welcome back, Woodworkers!
In this video, Mark Dainer from ‪@dainermade‬ takes his new Sherwood 12in Cabinet Saw for a spin, showing us some of his favourite features along the way. In true Dainer Made fashion, this video features plenty of plywood - and maybe even a pallet or two... 😉😉

Great video Dainsy! Not tipping me over the edge to buy a shiny new table saw, but it won't be long before I do, and now I know where to look. Cheers!

Nice one. Just got a little tip for you. When ripping your rip fence, it shouldn't be extended full length as you have it. The end of the fence needs to run a little bit past the centre of the blade. It will eliminate any back cutting & when you complete the cut, it saves you pushing the material right through, just slide to the right. You only have the fence extended when doing grooving or rebates. I am a qualified joiner cabinet maker with 27 years of experience. This is how we were taught as apprentices. Try it.

@@dainermade he's saying your fence is too long? That's a new one on me but I can see some amount of sense to it.

@@CeeJayThe13th how can a fence be too long? anyhoo

@@dainermade dude idk but apparently he wants it about halfway along the length of your blade and then you flick stuff to the right once you're done cutting. Like I said, I can see some amount of sense to it but I can't imagine you get a lot of accuracy with a fence that only connects at the front of your saw
