Warsaw it not that liveable - when you live on metro line - yes - but there only 39 stations. Plus half of year you have smog and polluted air. And cost of metro maintenance is already a pain for car-loving right-wing folks demanding to cut spending on public transport. The reason it is nice is because it is small and no one started cost cutting on it yet. But eventually it will happen and then it will look the same as elsewhere.

Unfortunately our government does not really support the Border Guard and politicians have been caught lying many times. The brave Border Guard is fighting not only against illegal immigrants but also against some Polish media and activists who come to the border trying to help these bandits get into Polish territory. The situation in Poland is currently OK but some people are trying their best to change it. Recently there was even an idea to pay illegal immigrants to leave the country just like in Sweden. Fortunately the idea was rejected relatively quickly after people's reaction but this only shows that the government is increasingly willing to accept all illegal immigrants. Sorry for my poor English but I wanted to write it somehow. People need to know that Poles are unfortunately not on the same side when it comes to illegal migration.

@@GallivanterDom When me and my parents migrated to London 18 years ago, Poland was extremely corrupt, and one could only find a job through contacts. The effects of communism were still being felt in the newly established free market state. Hence why a lot of Polish friends I know had the same situation where when they were young, they're parents took them to live in the UK - the land of freedom. Now it's like history has turned the opposite way, where now Poland is more free, and the UK is slowly becoming a totalitarian state ran by Mr Starmer.
@adamguszak705014 күн бұрын
I can see a strong one-sidedness among the comments - Great Britain as a superpower has been declining since World War I which has only recently accelerated. In Poland, we are currently in many aspects the economic situation of Western countries in the early 1990s - with different dynamics and bases of "wealth", with a shortage of workers and the need to look for labor from the East - such as Germany or the UK from the former Eastern bloc. With a few differences: - Poland very easily assimilates progressive trends and the broadly understood woke culture - the same one that led the UK to where it is today - we live in the era of rapid information exchange - a double-edged sword - we do not have strong domestic companies-corporations in business or technology - we are still a German-American economic colony with an admixture of other countries -We have a war abroad and we are weak millitary -we do not have a strong currency based on our own bank -the average Pole still has less accumulated wealth than the average Western citizen Great Britain is falling, but in my opinion, Poland will fall faster and more painfully in the next 15 years, mainly due to the lack of companies that can "bring money" to Poland from other countries - when corporations stop being lucrative in Poland, they will simply withdraw and deepen the crisis of the economy. based on Western capital. Let's enjoy it while it's good.

The only critical remark towards London was it was then closing relatively early for night but perhaps that's why it was cleaner than NYC. By the way, LA subway was quite unusual at the time I was there , in the sense , in comparison with NYC subway, checking a passenger on entry and exit, LA subway felt like not being interested in checking a passenger at all. Perhaps they were hiring people checking random or all passengers while already in the trains.

There is OK that you filmed the Warsaw Metro but you should have shown the YT viewers more of the interior of the stations so they could memorize more and have the notion how the Warsaw Metro looks like. The Warsaw Metro is quite new because for many years there were no money to build this mean of public transport and there were huge problems with commuting through the city. And it still is so Warsaw's inhabitants are waiting with patience for next metro lines to be built. I'm not optimistic about this and I think we have still many years to wait for next 3 lines to come into existence. The same thing is with Polish Nuclear Power Plants. Unfortunately Polish People made a bad decision during the last elections so we have now a government not willing to fulfill these tasks. Our current government leads us quickly to an economic turmoil so we have to say good bye to modernization like it was during recent years. The same applies to the safety. The current government has agreed to a forced by the European Union Migration Pact which will result in a huge wave of migrants who tend to commit a large number of criminal acts like in Paris, Rome, Berlin and London of course. I think you were right making the Brexit because the EU tends to be under Germany's dominion, even despite the temporary economic difficulties.
