My husband 71 and I 66 are at the fag end of our Home Isolation following Covid infection. Your recipes are an immense help. As we do not have many things in stock, this was the curry today. It is surprisingly tasty for all its simplicity and ease of cooking with just a few and always available ingredients.My daughter in law made it and it was super. We are all in quarantine together as they moved in when we became ill to be around in case of need. Your precision in measurement was a great help when I cooked as I had lost taste. No wonder, your background in IT does not permit vague directions.

I made this yesterday. It was very yummy. Thanks for your recipes. Your videos are very clearly stated, not lengthy which makes easier to watch. Very good presentation especially the little tips like tablespoon teaspoon and closing lid for 5 min after everything is made. Really flavoured when you do it.
