Very nice finished model of a complex kit. BTW, tank interiors tend to be dark so that's why most are painted white as that color tends to reflect the most amount of light.

I'm building this kit now. Very enjoyable this far.

Tank and AFV interiors are painted (flat) white to afford the crew maximum visibility when the tank/afv is "buttoned up" during combat ops. When the vehicle is not engaged in combat maneuvers (road march or in a lager) all hatches are [usually] open to let in natural light and fresh air. There are small interior and gage lights for night ops.

I believe the white was for heat reflection as tanks got very hot inside, tanks from all sides were painted white inside.
