A Takoyaki recipe, a Takoyaki preparation
For 1 mold of 16
** For the dough
- 80g of flour
- 10g of potato starch
- 1 tsp dashi
- 1 egg
- 300ml of water
** For the ingredients
- 30-50g of octopus
- 30g of atlas cabbage or white cabbage
- 20g of spring onion
- 10g fried onion or Tenkasu
- 1-2 tablespoons of red pickled ginger
** For the sauce
- Takoyaki sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce
- Katsuobushi - Bonito rapé
- Ao-nori (seaweed) or spring onion
