Mike its the deepest, clearest lake in the state of Alabama in the middle of the summer. People would be fishing deeper and more offshore at this lake either way.

@Bassmasterofficial This ain’t the jetsons and never will be get rid of the cpu screens. This guy would have won either way. But it’s everything bass fishing is against to have the guys staring at the screen to try and be competitive. I just caught 25 yesterday on a green pumpkin chatterbait with a baitcaster in the middle of the lake, I know all about where they would be. The style of fishing has changed and got lazy due to this technology. The style and flash is gone.

Bass Master, please consider more closely regulating the use of technology such as FFS. I'm not saying you have to ban FFS or anything else, but just think about the experience of viewers and fans of the sport. Maybe most people are enjoying watching other people look down at screens in the middle of a lake for hours on end, but I'd wager that most don't. If they don't need a net to land a fish, maybe they don't need other advanced technology to land fish either. Just my two cents. I'm not mad at anyone, just voicing an opinion. Not taking anything away from the anglers. They are doing what they have to do to compete. I would use FFS too, and anything else within the rules, to try to win. Congrats to Taku! It truly is a great day for Bass Master.
