I was literally decaling my sinanju when this vid dropped lmao. That looks so cool out of the box! I wish people would make more conversion kits like this instead of resin ones. Removes the hassle of casual hobbyist to paint it from the ground up. That said, keep up the goodwork and looking forward to your next vid ^^

I grinded for like six months to finish the kit. I repainted everything and then replaced the decals with holographic. I say this kit has so many issues and is not perfect. But the entire build is completely extreme.

Not necessarily - you can get the metal frame for sinanju and it’ll work. Cost is gonna be around the same no matter what route you go

Is it advisable to build the main MS first before puttinh in the conversion parts, or can you put the conversion parts while building it?

If your sinanju is not yet built, you can use the conversion kit to build the ms, but if it is already built, you must remove all of the armor parts all of the color red parts.🙂

thanks for this vid, i figured the takumi kit was resin, but this...this i can work with! how compatible is it with existing photo-etch sets for the sinanju, can the takumi kit be combined with those, or it just a nightmare of non-matching parts? if i do decide to build another 'big red', imma push it as far as i can to build my best one yet ^^

Yes you can!, but it has some fittings problem, over all solid kit.

Almost of the nub is hidden, Tho the chrome and gold are not under gated but still when complete there are not that noticeable. Thank you.
