On every GT-R engine, the seal of its master-craftsman builder is applied; here is their story.

You may not like the styling of japanese cars, the technology they use. But one thing is sure - RESPECT to those guys working for these companies as they show true passion :) They're simply the best engineers

None of these technicians are engineers. They are simply skilled assemblers. It's a bit sad these these guys are the hero's of the engine/car when in reality the team of people who are designing all of these components to work together, choosing materials and the people who design the tooling to create all of this stuff are the real heros.

I am a fan of GTR in Romania. You are the best in cars. I would love to see a live engine as it is built. What I would love to drive a GTR car.

Hey, serious question. I heard that the GTR's had varying power outputs due to their engine's being hand assembled. But the video states the the engine assemblers work to precision. If that's the case, wouldn't all the engines be exactly the same (like

Show me what they did on the ports on the rb sr20 they’d guys build for turbo then race them
These guys know what they are doing no doubt, but they are using state of the art assembly tools to assemble an engine that makes just over 500hp. They aren't doing any machining at all, just assembling. My engine builder for my race car does all the machining, balancing and assembly in his home shop. The engine makes close to 1200hp using a single 4bbl carburetor. No overhead cams, no computers. These guys are good, but they are not that good.
