Talanoa Kaungafononga: Part 10. Discrimination within Oneself

We present our 'Talanoa Kaungafononga' series. This is a conversation on journeying along with one another or in the Tongan language, Kaufakataha or Fetokoni'aki.
Our 10 week series consists of videos with counselling tools to educate Tongan people on discrimination, prejudice and mental distress. The programme will be in Tongan and English.
Today, we launch our final video Part 10: Discrimination within Oneself, Laulanu pe koe fakahilihili'i kita. In this video, Penisimani and 'Ilaisaane discuss taking ownership, tracing the thoughts, replacing lies with truth, default moods and meditation.
