Talaria Sting BAC8000 2 Week Review!

Today were going to be reviewing the BAC8000 kit from GLE!

If you are heavier than 160 pounds you will pull more current and thus trip your battery bms. Bypass your battery for more power and faster pulls and the battery can easily handle 8kw. Set your phase amps to 550 after you have bypassed your battery. You need to calibrate your gear ratio to calibrate the speedometer, its not gps based. Yes, the GLE BAC controller is WAY MORE efficient,,,15% more efficient. The phone is not required, you simply install the Real EGG rider V2 and it is plug and play. FYI, KO is a fardriver controller in a new skin and is not a torque controller. It will not be as buttery as the GLE BAC. Our kit also supports ANY current and future motor and does not require a laptop or weeks of tuning to make it run like the Ko re-skinned far driver, which is a nightmare to program.

Park works it uses regen to lock wheel that’s why it moves a little bit since there’s no like hard hand break on the motor

I ordered the egg rider. Not a fan of the phone on bike. I have not installed my bac8000 gle. I'm waiting for my 72v batt and my eggrider.... gives me time to get used to bike

Hi mate great video I’m looking at getting the bac8000 for my sting looks great fun even on a stock battery so u can still have the modes turned down can u like so I’m eco mode would that be like mode 2 or 3 and sport would that be like mode 5 ? Thanks

Correction you do not have to use the GLE app for normal riding aka your phone you can but don’t need to

Top speed is phase amps and wattage as for bms trips that’s caused by battery sag issues stock battery is completely ass on the sting a bypass will easily fix that I pull 9000w at 650 phase amps it’s amazing.

20-25% battery drain vs 40% is no "a little bit more efficient" it's a 60% to 100% in trade in efficiency....hard to believe just going to a more powerful controller that draws more amps from the battery with same battery and motor, could improve efficiency/range that much...have you done full range test with stock and BAC controllers?

The **only** thing keeping me away from the GLE controller is the stupid required phone and app. I don't want to have to dedicate my phone to monitor the bike. Thats just BS. What if I want to use my phone for navigation? Until they have a standalone display option, it's a no-go.

Well 2 reasons, expensive af to upgrade to 72v (without 72v its slow) and tbh its kind of boring compared to a gas bikes, yes these bikes are great as a side bike in the city and stuff but im just not enjoying it as much as i thought lol
