Hi I've got same problem did you find out what the problem was

They told me it was the motor and they sent me out a new one. I’m gonna be installing it soon. But I don’t think that’s a problem. I think it’s the BMS on the battery not communicating with the controller properly

check all the bike sensors

the kickstand sensor, brake sensor and many more. Disconnect them and try again. It could be a faulty throttle too
