This is emley moor mast in Huddersfield 🇬🇧 UK. The metal one you see him climb fell down. So it wasnt that safe. Wind caused it, i live a few miles away and its windy here 50% of the time.

Of course the reason for the concrete tower was not really for the benefit of the riggers/maintenance teams but more because the locals didn't want another guyed mast as they were afraid it would collapse again, and when cost comparisons were done with a regular lattice tower the costs were similar, hence the concrete tower won.
