He is such a humble human being!!!! Even still, but in the beginning he was so humble that I don’t think he knew just how good he was/is. As a judge on the Voice he is still so humble. I have always loved Him and think he is an A+ person! He’s one of those guys that you say “I wouldn’t mind if he dated my daughter”! Congrats Ollie on all the successes that you have had!!!

He is an entertainer but doesn't really have an amazing voice - Problem is with shows like the Voice when he is coach, there is a lot of auditionees with a better voice than him, it just feels very awkward when he doesn't turn for them. It was the right decision for them to axe him imo.
