Ogee cocks aren't the easiest thing to sell, Richard. They don''t fit into many decors and people say that they look "plain" - especially with the mirror at the bottom and not a reverse painted glass - which some have. Is the mirror original? A lot aren't. They are kind of colonial looking. Idea - fill up the Inn for a weekend and have a "shop the attic" sale. Set up one end of the attic with sale stuff and let people up a couple at a time. I would LOVE to come to an attic sale! Or how about renting a local empty shop and having a weekend pop up sale (pre announced, of course!) Last idea - maybe you guys are ready for a brick and mortar spot in an Antique Mall?? Shipping can be done - but it is going to seriously eat into profits. People tend to lowball online when they know they have big shipping to factor in.

I am full of ideas today. Here's an idea for the Inn. A special romantic weekend special complete with a fancy dinner using antique china and crystal. Those Cambridge glasses would be so cool. Honeymoon, Valentine's Day, Anniversary, Birthday. Do you have a room where you could set up a round dining table for an en suite vintage dinner?? Everything vintage right down to the linens. How cool would that be? You could even put the cylinder player in the room so there could be vintage music during dinner.

There are a few options, he has tried consignment, it can take a while that way, but for "big" stuff it has worked sometimes
