Receta para el pastel de choclo chileno: INGREDIENTES : (Las porciones varian segun el número de personas) •500 gr posta negra, cortada en trozos de 5x5 cm •60 ml aceite •400 gr cebolla •1 hoja laurel grande o 2 medianas •3 huevos duros •1/2 cdta comino en polvo •1/2 cdta ajo en polvo •1 cda pimentón en polvo •1 kilo choclo descongelado •210 ml leche •30 hojas albahaca fresca •3 cda azúcar •10 aceitunas negras, sin carozo •Sal al gusto PREPARACIÓN : Pino: Preparar el pino. En la jarra agregar 500 g de posta negra, cortada en trozos de 5x5 cm. Si utiliza carne molida eliminar este paso bajando a 0 la velocidad y el tiempo. Moler durante 10 Segundos, a velocidad 5, 0 °C Traspasar a un bowl y reservar. En la jarra agregar 400 g de cebolla, pelada y en trozos. Picar. 5 segundos, a velocidad 5, 0 °C Agregar 60 ml de aceite, ½ cucharadita de comino, ½ cucharadita de ajo en polvo, 1 cucharada de paprika o ají de color, 1 hoja de laurel grande o 2 medianas y sal a gusto Cocinar durante 5 minutos, a velocidad 1, 120 °C Con la espátula reincorporar la mezcla adherida a los bordes. Cocinar. 5 minutos, a velocidad 1, 120 °C Añadir la carne reservada, tapar la jarra y retirar el tapón dosificador. Cocinar por 4 Minutos, a velocidad 1, 120 °C Retirar la hoja de laurel y distribuir la carne en pocillos individuales o en una fuente para horno. Añadir las aceitunas y rodajas de huevo duro, reservar. Lavar la jarra y agregar la mitad del choclo descongelado, 500 g y moler. Comenzar en velocidad 5 e ir aumentando hasta llegar a 10. Moler durante 20 Segundos, a velocidad 5, 0 °C Traspasar a un bowl y reservar. En la jarra agregar la otra mitad del choclo descongelado, 500 g y 30 g hojas de albahaca fresca. Moler. Comenzar en velocidad 5 e ir aumentando hasta llegar a 10. 20 segundos, a velocidad 5, 0 °C Añadir el choclo reservado, 210 ml de leche, 3 cucharadas de azúcar y sal a gusto Cocinar durante 22 minutos, a velocidad 3, 95 °C Distribuir la mezcla sobre los pocillos o fuente con el pino. Espolvorear azúcar y llevar al grill a temperatura media (180 °C) hasta que dore. Servir caliente.

CÓMO HACER ALFAJORES CHILENITOS - Para las tapas de los alfajores, poner la harina en un bol grande. Hacer un hoyo al medio y poner las yemas y el pisco ahí. Con la ayuda de una cuchara de palo, ir mezclando los ingredientes. Luego amasar hasta tener una masa blanda y lisa. Tapar y dejar reposar por 10 minutos. - Calentar el horno a 180ºC. - Uslerear la masa hasta tener un espesor de 3mm. Pinchar la masa con un tenedor y luego cortar círculos de 3 a 4 cm de diámetro. Poner en una lata de horno y hornear por 10 minutos o hasta que estén levemente doradas. - Enfriar y reservar. Bajar la temperatura del horno a 100ºC. 4.-Para armar los alfajores, juntar 2 tapas con una cantidad generosa de manjar. Reservar.

EL MUDAY Bebida tradicional de Chile. Compuesta básicamente por trigo y miel. Se sirve bien fría. Que te dara la energia suficiente para devolver el moai. This kind of situation is the perfect example of when sacred objects should be repatriated. There are literally none left in their place/culture of origin, yet there they are gathering dust in some weird Euro institution where they have no relevance or are even displayed, I suspect. CALZONES ROTOS Ingredientes: 2 1/2 tazas de harina sin polvos de hornear 4 cucharaditas de polvos de hornear Pizca de sal 3/4 taza de azúcar 1 naranja, su ralladura 1 huevo 1/2 taza de leche 1 cucharadita de aceite Aceite para freír Azúcar flor para espolvorear. Preparación: Paso 1 En un bol mezclar la harina, polvos de hornear, pizca de sal, azúcar y ralladura de naranja. Agregar el huevo, leche y aceite. Amasar hasta formar una masa suave. Dividir la masa en dos trozos. Mientras se trabaja con una, tapar la otra con un paño de cocina. Paso 2 En una superficie lisa enharinada uslerear la masa de 1/2 cm de grosor. Cortar rectángulos de 8x4 cm. Con un cuchillo hacer un corte de 2 cm al centro a lo largo. Pasar una punta por el corte y sacarla hacia el otro lado. Repetir el proceso hasta terminar con toda la masa. Paso 3 En un sartén hondo calentar aceite a fuego medio. Agregar los calzones rotos cuidadosamente al aceite caliente para evitar quemarse. Freír 3-4 minutos por lado o hasta que estén cocidos y dorados. Estilar en papel absorbente. Espolvorear con azúcar flor y servir.
