How du you unlock the second mystic arte .

Alphen unlocks it through story progression, other characters you need to have max bonds with. you can raise them through camp interactions and some are locked until a certain point in the story

For what i've understood, by completing the stories at the bonfires, once u've done all of the talks, it should give you the 2nd mystic arts
