Love bonchon My sister inlaw introduced me to this. She’s South Korean. Married my brother when he was in the military. Came to the states about 2 years later. Our family fell in love with her. I am am always trying different cultures foods. Love to actually. Bonchon I really love. I have learned some about making it. Am good at it as well. My sister inlaws parents came for a visit. She told them what I was making for them. When they tasted them. They were very impressed. They didn’t know that an American young woman would be interested in learning their type of cooking. My husband didn’t know what to think when I set these dishes in front of him. I moved to Texas for a job. Met him. He loves these dishes as well. So do our 3 boys. Plus their friends and our friends. They just never know what culture they are going to eat at our house when invited to a meal. 😂😂😂😂😂 Being a chef helped. I can cook these cultures dishes: Korean Chinese Thailand VietNam Italian All UK German Swedish New Zealand Russian Authentic Mexican Spanish Tex-Mex Japan Plus a couple more I can’t think off hand. 😂😂😂😂😂 So as you figured out I love to cook. I put so much love into it and so much of myself as well. I always have kimchi on hand. Love it.

The chef needs to eat more and talk a little loud. So annoying .keeps eating his words.
