3 months old post, but I hope you enjoyed it. Hearts R was pretty sweet, cast of characters, Dual Mystic Artes and combat mechanics. I hope we get a remaster of it and Innocence R one day.

I have played this game like 4 times and i NEVER knew about the duel-mystic artes! (where two characters use theirs together) what triggers that?!

Once you unlock Overlimit Lvl. 3 at minimum, you can use your mystic arte by using an arte and holding the arte button, in my case, the circle button. Once you have Overlimit Lvl. 4 and the Somatic Bond between two characters is high enough(which gives you a skill to enable dual mystic artes), it replaces your normal mystic arte, but only for Overlimit Lvl. 4.
