That's because some monsters need certain statues equipped before they can evolve. For example, your Padfoot will need to be at level 30 and have the Feral Shadow statue equipped before it can evolve into Orion. Check the guide in the description for more details.

@totrice You don't need to capture or evolve them all for them to appear in the book; any enemy monster that you encounter in battle will be listed in the book.

Fenia, because she is a cameo from Tales of Rebirth, has great stats for a level 100 monster, and can resurrect allies easily. For more practical use I prefer Wolf Heddin for a physical attacker and Ravenous for a mage.

BTW after getting 100% I found out the best monster was the bird monster that evolves from those harpie-like monsters, it's name is Fenia: 2:38 . It can learn ressurection and meteor.

Wolf Heddin reaches level 200 and is one of the best monsters in the game. Better than most, if not all, dragons.

You can't find them. You have to synthesize them in a shop. The items needed for synthesis and where to get them are all described in the monster guide in the description. I suggest you read the frequently asked question sections in that guide, because everything you're asking here is answered in said section.

That's because you need to equip some monsters with certain statues before they can evolve. Check the guide in the description for the statue that you need for Made in Heaven.

@DieMongool u hav 2 make a bright flame. U need a philosophers stone, a quality stone, dragons blood, and dragons anger. When u have them go to a shop and put synthesize. Go down until u find ur quality stone and make it a bright flame and give that 2 your dragon and then evolve it.

@thugmomo005 To get the Sword Dancer capture Dullahan or its following forms Night Stalker or Crusader. When you get the option to evolve Crusader, you can evolve it to Sword Dancer by first equipping it with the Heart Warden accessory you get by synthesizing.

I seen you can have lv 200 monsters such as blade rex and others, where as most can only go up to 100. So would that mean that there is no possible way to have a stronger wolf than dragon(in terms of this situations)?

yo mama Uhm I would probably say Wolf Heddin/Were Bear/Galf Beast, Ravenous, Jormungrandr/Blade Rex. The reason I say this is because these are some of the best monsters in the game Fenrir and Orion are also good, but don't combo well.

you can get Fenia by giving a statue to...umm one of the bird type monsters (sorry don,t remember which one xD) it,s the statue of the mystical bird or...something :P

I believe Fenia is through Harpy evolving to a Furie, then, from Lvl 35 onwards, cooking while it holds an Arcanum Wings Statue lets it evolve into a Fenia.

On my Wii DotNW copy, I had one game where I had a Sword Dancer named Kent, a Fenia, a Wolf Heddin, and an Orion in my party... All of them were max level. So many NG+ games wrecked by that team.

base and mid form monsters are all capturable. The rest is only obtainable by evolving.

all are obtainable, I'm not sure about capture, you can grind out experience tomes in the arena on NG+ and use them to evolve monsters and cross them through lines to get rare ones

primero tenes q tener a una harpy y evolucionarla dandole de comer con los kats como por nivel 25 y se convierte en una furie en mi caso ella fue mi primera me salte lo de la harpy ya en buen nivel mas adelante le tenes q dar de comer con los katz pero tiene que tener equipada las arcanum wings que conseguis sintetizando pero ya conseguir los materiales es lo dificil como chicken bones de las graea y la philosopher stone en quest o en la base sylvaranti
