Great job on editing the comic sections together with the original audio from the 90s. All these Tales of the Jedi audio dramas are absolutely fantastic, the Omnibus editions of the comics too! What a shame they never turned Golden Age of the Sith, The Sith War and all the other chapters into audio dramas. Hopefully some fans will create it one day.

@@Layback02 Exar and Ulic wage war against the Republic for a few years. Exar uses his enslaved Massasi as well a bunch of corrupted Jedi (including Jolee Bindo's wife from KOTOR if you played that game), and Ulic gains the support of Mandalore the Indomitable and the Krath from the planet Empress Teta. The Jedi lose the planet Ossus thanks to a solar flare ritual performed by the Sith. Ulic and Exar betray Aleema and Crado for being weak or for betrayal. Eventually Ulic kills Cay and becomes so distraught he's brought back to his senses and Nomi severs his connection to the Force. He then tells the Jedi about Exar's base on Yavin 4 and they invade with a fleet too large for Exar to handle. He performs a ritual to preserve his spirit at the cost of his own life, and is forever trapped in his tomb until years after Luke Skywalker starts his Jedi academy at the very same temple. The series also goes into the origins of the Sith Empire during the Golden Era of the Sith 5000 years before the movies, and the origins of Odan-Urr as a young Jedi Knight. It also delves into the story of Ulic redeeming himself by training Vima Sunrider to be a Jedi on Rhen Var (basically the Last Jedi if it was good, Ulic is even presented the same way as Jake Skywalker except it makes sense for his character) and he finally becomes one with the Force at the end proving that he was indeed a Jedi. There's more, but this is the general gist. The story continues in Tales of the Jedi: The Sith War and concludes with the Tales of the Jedi: Redemption comic books. There are no more audio dramas, unfortunately. I'd recommend reading Tales of the Jedi: Golden Age of the Sith and Tales of the Jedi: Fall of the Sith Empire comics, they're prequels that take place before The Beast Riders of Onderon.

The downfall of the jedi was their ignorance of the sith and the dark side of the force. They were so scared of being corrupted that they completley ignored it. To beat your enemy, you must first know your enemy. With the jedi refusing to ever learn about the darkside and its powers, they were always going to lose. The perfect balance is a jedi that can force weild lightning lol.
