Rich bossy Norma owns a big manor house and allows her sister and lazy brother-in-law Bob to live at the lodge.

@@kuchikopi4631 Yes! It’s just tea but I put in a bit of soya milk or almond milk! Which is great because you don’t have to worry about it getting sour! For years I had black tea which I loved, but now I know what I’m missing, so it’s not the same without vegan Milk of some sort! I like Yorkshire tea bags, or earl grey, Which I have noticed nobody likes! Been vegan since I was three, weird kid!🦋

I am in the middle of binging the Tales. When Bob was "caught" digging, I look at the watch - more than 7 minutes to the end: it couldn't be him. It was too pushy in making him look so guilty. I like cheapness of make-up and acting in most of the episodes. Amateurish acting of Frances Tomelty and her waving with arms, ridiculous make-up and acting of private investigator Derek Anders, other women's school play's consternation - but I must say Mrs. Tomelty had decent piece of ars. Anthony Valentine was charming, convincing and too suspicious to be the culprit. Pretty good twist.

Part of the charm of TOTU is the, at times, amateurish and hammy acting. There are also episodes with quite brilliant turns, such as Derek Jacobi etc. all good, plus the nostalgia aspect.
