I remember the guy playing the scientist (Arnold Moss) best as Kodos the Executioner in the original "Star Trek" episode, "The Conscience of the King". As for the younger guy (Phillip Pine) he also appeared in the original "Star Trek" series, the episode called "The Savage Curtain".
