Since the assassination of Tibetan 40th king Lang Darma, Tibetan government since then devoted much of time and resources for Buddhism despite repeated invasion from China, Mongolia, India, and Nepal over the centuries. In 1950 when Mao's soldier invaded Tibet we had only rag-tag army with little or no training and ammunitions. Collective Karma of Tibetans were blamed as the cause of our suffering.
