Lol. Mr. Asko dlesn't understand the bio-mechanic of a punch. The power of a punch comes from the rear leg pushing the ground to exert power, with trunk twisted to assist with more power. The puncher will not put his front foot down with full weight as Mr.Asko explained.

Lol. Muaythai Chaiya kick is not as powerful as sport muaythai kick. It lacks bio-mechanic efficiency.

if you don't put weight on your front foot during an overhand punch, you are going to either have no power or fall on your face. so much for "bio mechanic efficiency" as joe rogan listeners imagine it to work...

you clearly don't get how this kick exploits the planted lead leg during an overhead punch. that's how it is meant. is it me or is it did you get punched in the head too often to connect the dots here? @@sportmuaythaiv1045
