Brother Farouq makes a brillaint point at the end regarding the brothers wanting virgin wives. Look for the Deen in the sister and don't ask for something you are not. This happens alot in our society SubhanAllah. May Allah (azzawajjal) guide us all and make it easy for us. Ameen

Abu Nuh. Yes of course you do. When i say this I am referring to those brothers who are not and are asking for a sister who is. That is unfair/double standards. I hope that clears that up inshAllah.

M T There was a story about this when a guy did zina and got the femeal pregant3 and once when he was confronted he lied and said he didn't know the girl.In the future he married a femeal who is thought was a virgin however a few days after marriage she told him she wasn't a virgin and slept with many guys before and they had a child together a femeal who got raped so people who do zina have to know this will happen to your femeal relatives.

As Ali said at the end; it's a matter of fear of Allah. O Allah, give us a share of fear of You that will keep us from disobeying You, and a share of obedience to You that will drive us to Your Paradise, and a share of firm belief in You that will make easy for us the calamities of the world.

The biggest problem is that men aren't being shamed into not falling into it. Even if the door is open for the men, women should let their mahrams do (more) research into the men so that men who have fallen into zina would be branded as non-marriage material. As you can see in this day and age, men are very selective in this regard and women aren't. Men want beauty and a nice quiet girl whilst women want security and with this problem everywhere they'd rather don't find out and marry because "everyone has committed this sin" so they are afraid there aren't any more options left. If men were to not find any marriage candidate if they were to fall into zina, they would leave it for sure. Virginity has become more important for the men than for the women while it should be both.

This is about practicality. Of course there are more factors, but what I see is that parents are being overprotective with their daughters and what they're doing and with who they're going out with etc. Women keep getting judged on their looks, their age and their virginity. Is she quiet, sweet and feminine (not argumentative etc.). Women aren't picky with who they marry as long as the man can provide and knows his way to the masjid (not that he's like practising). In the neighborhood that I live in, the pressure is unbalanced. Women settle for less because of fear of not marrying at all because according to the world if you don't marry before 25, you'll never will. This is part of the problem, whether you want to believe it or not. we have to bring that balance back, in parenting for the new generation and shaming for the present one. Well not shaming, but being more picky.

I have to say that it sort of became one of my biggest pet peeve when people always have to give men an example including their mother, daughter or sister in order for them to understand that some type of behavior is wrong. Why do you have to ask them "What if your sister commited Zina?" for them to understand that Zina is wrong? Why do we keep telling husbands they should be respectful to their wives, because they are the mothers of their children? Why do men keep harassing women no matter how many times she says no, but only if they find out she has a husband or a well respected father/brother then they leave her alone? Why do we always act like women can't be treated as decent human beings until their worth of humanity and respect is "defined" by a male relative or spouse? Honestly, we should expect more from our men and stop explaining them everything as if they are little 3-year-olds without an ounce of social intelligence and responsibility.
@shadowstorm5261
@shadowstorm5261 2 жыл бұрын
I understand what you are saying but some men are idiots and unfortunately can't emotionally understand how bad it is until it happens to someone they know. That's why you have to ask them "What if your sister committed Zina?" It's a wake-up call. After hearing this it will set a man straight for life and will make him more cautious of his actions (If he has a functioning brain stem) If he ignores this and doesn't change that person is a lost cause. Stay away. Clearly this person has no respect for himself and others

Objectification is absorbed by both men and women inter-culturally- which is very troublesome for our community as it's diametrically opposed to the preservative, honoring notions of sex and relationships we have in Islam. We could do much better to offer more to our youth in terms of options for marriage, as well as fluid and open discussion around sex- we are not an anti-sexual religion, we are not a religion of chastity- I think many youth become engrossed in zina because they don't see an outlet for their sexual drive and rule out marriage for myriad reasons- this doesn't have to be the case.

@thetruthonlyone
@thetruthonlyone 4 жыл бұрын
Janka K I said women are a honour and nothing else, this doesn’t have to be complicated. You seem to know the dictionary term for honour so we can leave it as that. And no I don’t mean the type of honour where people kill there women because they embarrass the family or what ever, but this had to be said because people don’t have honour of there women. I live in the west so I know what I’m talking about as one little example is where women are used as sex object just to sell you a vehicle 🧐 and that’s just an example and I can find you loads. If you live in the west then you know what I’m talking about. But we must honour our women because they won’t, seems like the Muslims are the last defence of this. Yes I don’t own my women at the same time I will defend them if I see them getting abused. I have seen soo much in society. If you want to know more I will tell about what I seen In today’s society but then again if you live in Western Europe then you already know what I’m talking about.

The biology of sexual attraction and mating success between males and females creates the difference in treatment. All a woman has to do is agree to any number of sexual encounters that are offered to her on the daily. Whereas men have to constantly strive to attain a female's attention enough for her to take interest in him. The fact is that men desire women more than women desire men. So the woman is much more vulnerable to the consequences of irresponsible sex than vice versa. She is literally the gate-keeper. That is also why women in promiscuous societies only settle down with, or take interest in, a small percentage of men. You will see in the West that most women actually only choose from a small pool of men who happen to have the means, charisma and/or cheekiness/boss factor to make themselves attractive to most women. Some of those mean are the real McCoy and many of them are con-men and frauds.

just want to say that yes punishment is the same for men and women for zina but the test is not same. to give an analogy like in a women and men tournament of badminton the prize may be the same for men and women but the level of competition is not the same so women are competing with fellow women and similarly men with fellow men, so there is no comparison to be made between men and women. not wanted to hurt anybody just i find this argument false or at least not accurate, so wanted to share it.

What happens when you keep having sex in a young age? 1. You might cause a girl to get pregnant which means you either have to marry her or she kill the baby which is forbidden. 2. If you are used have sex with many girls, then decide to settle down, you are more likely to go to your bad habits and cheat on your wife which would ruin a whole society. And vice versa 3. Having sex with girls might get a point where you feel like well we need something new so you would have an anal sex then get bored and think of having it with a man instead then get bored again and turn to animals which is gross but its true! SO from the beginning, make it sacred for men to only have one when they are financially ready. 4. Letting people have sex whenever they like will stop them from getting married which would result in a huge mess for the society to succeed. And many other reasons you might feel free to search

Right, I can see it being negative if you slept around with different partners constantly. But what about a committed, healthy relationship that just isn't a marriage? Contraception is very safe if you use it correctly, and it gives you a much better idea of whether that's really the person you want to spend your whole life with, rather than marrying them prematurely because you want to have sex, then finding out you're really not all that compatible. On a side note, am I misinformed that Islam allows contraception up to a certain week of the pregnancy? Also, don't take this the wrong way, but your fear of the slippery slope from anal sex to gay sex to bestiality made me chuckle. Do you know how many men have anal sex with their wives? What percentage do you reckon become gay from it? Marriage is good for societies, yes. But hasty marriages that end up unhappy are not. I think there is a better middle ground to be found than to simply avoid ALL extra-marital relationships.
@wily99994
@wily99994 6 жыл бұрын
yellowpeteLoL Healthy relationship is what everyone is about. That's why Muslims are very strict when it comes to who can marry their daughters or sons. Relationships without marriage are not really a solution to find the right partner bcuz let's be honest here, it's a rare to find this amazing partner from the first try. You'll keep having sex and judge people just become you felt uncomfortable having sex with them but when you get the right one, this one is so experienced and will cheat on you whenever they like which brings the unwanted. Regarding your question about Islam allowing contraception in pregnancy, I don't really know. I'm not married nor do I need to know that at this point of my life. Anal sex actually has a huge connection to being gay. Just the thought of knowing that it is possible, makes them want to have it with a male. If from the beginning everyone knows their limits, they wouldn't go beyond what is right. It's just like if we weren't told not to eat humans, we would eat each other and unfortunately some rare people do and they have no religion nor rules to tell them what's right and what's wrong. I feel like it's more about people mentality. If they want good they'll find a million reason to stay with you but if they don't want you, they'll find a reason to leave you. I'm in an Islamic country and I've seen many girls who found the right partner but they want to play with their feelings although they didn't get divorce but still some people are freaking mischievous. On the other hand, you'll find these people who have never had sex but still their main goal is to settle down and live peacefully with a good partner. As an example, my brother! He wants to get married so we as his family tried to find the right woman for him with a strong personality, responsible, positive and so on. They are happy now and whenever I try to ask them if any of them is ready to give up the other one they'll be like " kill me before you take him/her from me" which is so cute to hear. So my point is marriage is just as good as the final result you would get after trying many. It starts from the heart. You teach your son/ daughter to be serious about relationships and then you ask them what kind of personality they like their partners to have and so on. If they get divorce then it's just like breaking up in an open relationship.
@yellowpetelol6417
@yellowpetelol6417 6 жыл бұрын
s34 w4v3s I feel like we aren't actually that far apart in terms of our opinion on relationships, we just call it by different names. We both think it's best if people are very serious about their relationships and don't treat sex as a mere commodity. It's just that you want people to marry immediately and then just divorce if it doesn't work out (like a breakup), whereas I think it might be better to just call it a relationship at first and then after a few years if things go well, make the conscious decision to marry for life (hopefully). Where are you getting your information on anal sex and homosexuality from? I feel like your sources may be misleading you a bit on that one. I have never heard of someone becoming gay from having anal sex with a woman. I'm fairly sure that's not how sexual preferences work. A lot of men have anal sex with their wives (without any particular problems) - you'd be surprised. Would you really eat another human being if it was allowed? I wouldn't. If all that's keeping you from being a cannibal is your religion, that's actually quite scary lol
@yellowpetelol6417
@yellowpetelol6417 6 жыл бұрын
Mohd Khalid Who one considers a good partner for life is of course up to the individual, although many interests are commonly shared (honesty, reliability, humor, social status, money, physical attractiveness and so on). You could by coincidence end up with someone that fits you perfectly right from the start, or it might take a few tries, so there's no required number of relationships you are required to have before marrying or anything. Individuals differ. For example, I have one sister who married her first love, and one who married only after 3-4 relationships. Both are perfectly happy wives today and have great chemistry with their husbands. And if you don't really care about the specifics of *why* you are following certain rules, but you just believe you have to because God wants you to, then there's no real point discussion which of them would be more beneficial. I take it that even if you found something else seemingly more beneficial, you would still stick to what you think are God's rules because you suspect there's some larger point behind them that you are just not seeing. You would accept them uncritically. The only question then becomes, how can you be so certain that there even is a God that cares about human beings at all? Or that your particular faith traditions happens to be the one out of thousands that managed to perfectly analyze his will for humankind? I know it's very comfortable to just say "I am absolutely certain this is right, and that's what I'm going with!", but is it really that great an approach? If for example you met a similarly devout Christian, wouldn't you want them to at least consider the slightest possibility that they were wrong, so that they could eventually change their mind? And if so, isn't it then incumbent on you to acknowledge the same?
