I saw that Ross the Oliver Man was on here and I had to watch it. I really enjoy his attitude and his light hearted approach to sadness.😆 Looked like a wonderful fair, I would have loved being there, but I live way to far away, for me. Thanks for sharing, have a great day.👍

I knew it.... But Ross spilled the beans on one of his videos. Great seeing You Tubers getting together with similar interests in slightly different things. I have to add on that my father in law is a minister and served a child in Waukon IA. Been there many times. Nice little town .

Another great video Dan, lots of fantastic tractors. Talking of that Oliver tractor that Ross has that was built by David Brown, he explained how you hook the cable to the top link to give it draft control. The reason David Brown did that is so he didn't infringe the Ferguson patent of draft control. It was also good to see the Oliver tractor that was built by Fiat of Italy. We used to have a Fiat 640 tractor which I think was badged as the 450 by MM. They were a handy tractor, and didn't use much diesel. You're putting out some great videos Dan, looking forward to the next one. Best wishes. Peter 🇬🇧🚜

Here in northwest Iowa the MM shellers were quite popular. We had a guy shell our 13,000+ bushels of ear corn. He had a 1210, a couple of 1200s and an E. He would rotate them and rebuild them. He used U's and a UB to power them, all with straight pipes and no thermostats to make them run cooler. We had one farm a good two miles from his house. Heard him pull out of his drive and open the throttle. I can still hear the sound of the tractor idling when we were trying to get the corn to start moving and then it would start coming and he would hit the throttle and the sheller would rattle and the tractor would bark!

All of those tractors were very familiar -- I visited the Jackson County Fair a couple of days before you were there. We sat under Ross's tent for several hours. Great video Dan, Ross is a very bright guy. I love listening to his explanations of all things Oliver.

Thanks for giving us a walk-thru of all your farm shows, Dan. I enjoy them. I also appreciate Ross' channel. I was delighted you made it out to Minnesota last year at the Carver-Scott Pioneer Show, which featured Minneapolis Moline. You were also back in southwest Minnesota this winter. Knowing that you are looking for tires, fenders, and MM field equipment, I hope you can attend the auction of this family's collection from my home town in northwest Iowa. Diana was at the Carver-Scott Pioneer Show last year with her daughters, their families, and two of her special cabbed tractors. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZrTmoigeLqiaNE
