Haha I could totally relate to that guy who started running at 30 and wanted to run a marathon, except I did that with Muay Thai. Started at 30 and went on to fight, I have no regrets but I wasn’t ready 😂

Yes! there is a former champion and hall of famer in boxing who became UFC champion, her name is Holy Holm. And there are many with a strong foundation. With respect but, come on Mr Josef! That's how much you know about boxing and MMA?
