Talking About My Hallucinations

Hi, first off, sorry I say um so much lol I'm so annoying. Second, I talked about the content of my hallucinations but I forgot to mention if I can tell the difference. The short answer is.. yes and no. The regular ones I know are hallucinations but the random/ inconsistent ones can trip me up. They hear and look and feel like real life and I have to try to work out the difference. Also, how severe my psychotic episode is is also a factor in how easily I can tell the difference. When I'm having a worse episode I tend to get very confused and things are harder to tell apart.
