When the lady diagnosed him she diagnosed what she thinks of herself based on my impressions of her. Not saying she’s a bad person, however she compares herself to others in a way that leads her to assume that more people are like her than she believes. Basically when you assess who someone is you should not use yourself as a base for comparison nor should you use anyone you know.
