10 minutes into it and you guys missed two important points. 1. no money for the app is a lame or lack of imagination excuse. Crowdfund it, I bet millions and millions of people would contribute to it, especially if it will be public. 2, No one asked the question, about him at NASA checking the data! What data, the one leaked and public, or all the data that Pentagon stated in the congress hearing that it has and it is classified?

"They don't have an agenda"... I mean, literally every company and gathering of people of any size, has an agenda. They're trying to accomplish something, or multiple things, and that thing - or those things - is/are the contents of their agenda. Even conspiracy theorists have an agenda, which is to uncover what truth may be hidden from the general populace by those in positions of power, and to spread their distrust in "the system" to everyone else who is not currently employed or brainwashed by said system.

As people full of themselves do. There are geniuses and then there are these people. People who let the fame and compliments of their “greatness” go to their head. They’re the typical ‘laugh at everyone I don’t believe’ sort. Honestly if aliens visited they’d be so advanced that they could simply spy on us through another dimension. We have absolutely nothing to pick up on that so it really does not matter if there’s no data, they could be watching you right now and you’d never know no matter how much equipment you have.

In order to study them scientifically you need evidence. Right now the only evidence is blurry video and pictures, eyewitness testimony, and a lot of weird stories. It's hard to really make heads or tails out of any of it. There's hardly any scientific evidence that stands up to any sort of rigor, that's why it's not studied. There's anomalous stuff, sure, but until you can get firm data on it there's nothing to study.

Did you understand the unreliability of eye witness testimony as discussed in this interview? Scientists work with data and unbiased information/data, not eye witness testimony. For instance, two people can witness the same event at the same time and have completely different interpretations of what they've seen, and then each of their versions will change slightly over time. For anyone claiming to witness a UFO they would need to provide evidence and data to back it up. Everyone should require the same, not just scientists.

How many times did they mention a distinction between plasma orbs and drones? Videos are showing 2 things: 1) drones with FAA lights and visible body's and drone sounds that are most likely US made 2) plasmic orbs. No wings. No engines. No FAA lights. Just bizzare, intelligently moving balls of light across the planet Tens of thousands seen globally.

@GeoRust1 Tens of thousands of ORBS, not drones, traveling above 50,000 feet sometimes, undetectable by any means with sonar, no heat signature, no engines visible, no structure, completely silent, seemingly absorbing one another at times without collision, emerging from the ocean, disappearing or dematerializing at will. If you think there are practical explanations for this global phenomenon in it's totality ,you are wrong. Perhaps you are seeing the whole thing from the media's lens. You need to look at the hours stacking up of video coming from the global community and conclude it's far beyond possible for this to be explained by drones

Yes because there are anomalous phenomena occurring in aerial and underwater settings. Used to be distinguished as UFO/USO to differentiate between flying or submerged objects, but since they changed the terminology from UFO to UAP, it only made sense to alter it slightly to include the other facet(s) of phenomena we can't currently explain.

30:45 ok this is definitely not a natural phenomenon because I saw that lightning looking orb in my room in 2010. No windows were open and concrete walls+ceiling. I woke up and lied like 15 minutes in the bed. A female friend was studying for the exam and I woke up early to study at 6am because we had a little argument last night and couldn't focus studying. I was yawning and turning in the bed and she was seated at the foot of the bed and that light orb was hovering above her head. As soon as I saw it started to raise slowly. It was the size of a big orange and glowing like a lamp but rather different light and wasn't disturbing my eyes. It was half transparent and the bottom part had thread like object with a whiter glow. In 6-7 seconds it passed through the ceiling like a ghost and disappeared. No windows were open at that time and she didn't even notice that object. I didn't tell this to her because I didn't want to scare her or think that I am crazy. Don't tell me this thing wasn't intelligent.

@ I’ve always seen the point. My point is that no lights = not seen. Lights = seen. How can something be suspicious if it isn’t noticed? A dark object will not be seen in the night sky, it’s pretty much that simple. Adding lights as ‘camouflage’ is counterintuitive, considering the entities would never be observed if this ‘camouflage’ was never implemented. Textbook circular reasoning.

So Spergal’s recommendation of a data collecting app is not that hard to build. You can get directional data from the EXIF data taken by most phones these days. Including the time and location data, you can then exclude sightings of commercial airplanes, and things like Venus and Jupiter. NASA could develop something in like a couple of weeks.
