These do not stop working at 44 F. They work quite well, actually. Radiant heaters like the Little Buddy, heat the objects and you, not the air. Once the objects are warm, they radiate heat and warm the air. You really should learn how to operate your heaters before you try to make a video showing others.

@LyleBialk correct, if there's a heat source and propane stays above -44f it will produce vapor. Propane tanks in the far north often have to have tank heaters otherwise they won't produce vapor if it's below -44f ambient
