its democratic legal interference plain and simple ,America's whole judicial system is based on being appointed as democratic or republican sponsored judges ,where's the blind justice in that The problem is also judges at any level are allowed to interoperate a law when in fact any law should clearly indicate what part of a law was broken ,if the said law does not state in the wording of the law or part of the law that was broke it should never be the case that a judge relies on their own personal /political opinion as by that they become the law maker not the legislatures of a parliament ,therefore any judge should on not finding the said wording that broke the law should dismiss the case and if the law needs changing then it must be returned to parliament to debate it and if needed amend the law , i am a conservative but my whole judgment rests on not willing to support my fellow republicans on their pro life stance and their abandonment of Ukraine in favour of Putin , the pro life narrative of no abortions or any destruction of live embryos is appalling and trumps stance in letting Putin destroy Europe will end with a world war lll ,so my vote will be for democrats as bad as they have been under biden ,these two issues alone cost them the midterms and will do so again
