There need to be civilian review boards in every city in the country. The cops won't like it, but they need to remember they work for the public. I have been a Conservative my whole life and I support cops but I do NOT support blanket approval if them because we all know we are dealing with human beings... who have their faults and foibles. I support those good cops who will arrest bad cops, but how often do we see THAT taking place?
