Talking Pictures TV event. Unveiling of a blue plaque dedicated to UK film pioneer - Cecil Hepworth.

Cecil Hepworth Playhouse, Walton on Thames - Sunday 17th June 2018. Mike Read and Talking Pictures TV, Renown Pictures have chosen 2018 to celebrate Nettlefold Studios - the first film studios in the UK - and the work of British Film Industry pioneer Cecil Hepworth. The plaque is unveiled by veteran actor, Willam Russell. The film also features a yapping dog. I went as a fan and am not affiliated with Talking Pictures (sadly).
