I love Rodgersia and that specimen is now added to my evergrowing wish list, looking forward to seeing where you plant it.

I’m going to pot it up first but hopefully get it in the ground soon when the areas prepared. Cheers

I thought the Manihot was great, but that Rodgersia is something else! It doesn't even look real!

Looks great doesn’t it. Can’t wait to plant it.

please do a video about tree fern in details, care, watering schedule, feeding etc. i bought a small one and the leaves have started turning brown
@tikitropicals6522 күн бұрын
Hi. I will see if I can do a video on tree ferns. Generally keeping them in shade helps and watering the trunk a lot in the summer when new really helps.

Great stuff! Nice additions. You mentioned at about 1:30 min mark another persons KZbin sight. Can you please share the name of it again in as a response to my comment. My poor hearing was unable to make it out. Thanks
@tikitropicals6520 күн бұрын
Hi. If you search KZbin for Springy Steves Windswept exotic garden you will see the video I was referring to. It’s a great garden.

@@tikitropicals65 thanks think I found it. I’ll take a look. Seems like he had not posted in awhile. Anyway I enjoy seeing gardens like yours and others who are really into it. I live in NW Florida in a town called Gulf Breeze about an hour east of Montgomery AL. I live just a half mile from ocean in growing zone 8b/9a

@@wesleyhackney yeah he doesn’t post much and his garden is even better in real life. He won small garden of the year a few years ago. I really like some of his planting combinations. I quite often forget that it’s not just people from the U.K. that watch my videos. It’s great to think gardeners on the other side of the pond are watching. Thanks again.

@@tikitropicals65 yes his gardens are well thought out and beautiful. I’ve been impressed with all the tropical garden enthusiasts in UK. It s always surprising to think about tropical gardens in UK. Keep up the great work will enjoy seeing what you do with the current projects you have talked about. I think true tropical gardeners are never content with what they have and constantly working on trying to improve and expand.

Just got the bronze peacock rodgersia myself, are they all generally hardy?
@tikitropicals6520 күн бұрын
Hi. Yeah my Rodgersia come back every year with no protection so unless you live somewhere with extreme winters you should be good. They like plenty of water in the summer months.

I'm in Hull so winters could be worse I guess lol. Thanks for the advice 👍
