Unfortunately the Twitter PWA "app" feels like a website more than an app when using it on Windows 10. Meanwhile third party Twitter apps for Windows 10 feel and look miles better than the official Twitter "app". Unfortunately, this is true for the native Twitter on Android as well. I guess it won't matter now since Twitter crippled 3rd party Twitter apps. As of now, PWAs seem to be a way for Twitter (and other companies like it) to half-ass support Windows due to not valuing Windows 10 as a platform.
