Love Pete's channel. He's honest, he's likeable, he's interesting, he's informative, and he's positive. Those things are imperative to keep viewers watching in my opinion.

We wanted to thank our guest Pete The Craigslist Hunter for coming onto the podcast today! It was an absolute pleasure for both Jon and I to sit down with him and pick his brain. He took the time to answer our questions with patience despite the fact that he was under-the-weather. Thank you Pete! It was a banger episode!

His KZbin channel is successful because he is simply a very likable person. His voice & accent are pleasant. His mannerism & personality is calming & he’s the type of person most people like to do business with. Sure his store & merchandise are fun to look at but if he’s not like able he won’t get the same views. Very cool & interesting guy.

Pete is so great, a genuinely good person that is apparent the second he greets you. Ive been binge watching his KZbin videos and learn a lot. Cheers my friend's, an thank you!

Crazy how things go. Crazy #1 I got to know Josh from the silver/gold days 11/12 years ago with his videos and then discover he is reselling about 10 months ago. Crazy #2 I got to know Pete, I think I was about his 5,000th subscriber in the days of videos with John Cincinnati and Duane Hale auctions and Steven/Steph resale. Crazy #3 I got to know Jon from Bearded Picker from the Dusty/Bearded days which I have known 10 years. Jon you are the newbie on my landscape - LOL And now to see all 3 of you together is just mind blowing! Great interview! All of you are great! OK praise time is over. Get back to work you guys!

im into a little bit of everything. my bread and butter items sell for 14$-22$.. with a few items that pull in 30-50$(replenishable wholesale items, avg cost 2$ or less and ships 1st class). i am working on my way up like josh said.. i been raising my avg sale prices 1$ or more each month using order quantity coupons..(allows me to raise my avg sale price and make more money with savings on shipping) im buying more valuable wholesale items with higher sale price each time i re-up. Just takes time. Im pumped for this year.

I don't understand why people don't understand why eBay promotes auto parts. It must be because they don't buy parts to fix their own cars or they don't sell auto parts. eBay is best for the category because of accuracy and it has made the category successful. Everyone I know says to buy auto parts from eBay instead of Amazon because Amazon parts are constantly incorrect. eBay is great with the specifics like part numbers where Amazon isn't.
@hustle-n-grow10 ай бұрын
I've heard this from many peeps too
@domatnyc10 ай бұрын
its because they think Ebay should only promote what they sell. Its the height of conceit for these guys who don't have any numbers telling a multi billion company who employs experts that the KZbinrs know better.

This was a nice video. However, I must admit you two are a great team and hope this isn't going to turn into another male podcast with male guests and "Ebay/Amazon/KZbin superstars" for clicks & views...you don't need it & everyone does this once they get "known" on YT. Just put more thoughts into topics & stick to it as Pete said. As a female reseller this is one of the view male podcasts I can stomach. I'm not going to name names but over the praise/a** kiss an OG guest, tons of ads, start a meetup group, start another monetize platform/channel/membership, the hosts breakup over ego, KZbin followers pick sides...then a new cycle of content creators beef starts😂😂😂 I know I'm in the minority here but hope this comes across as a longtime reseller that respects each of you separate (i.e. I came to this from Josh's channel) and as a duo. Please stay informative and humble. Everyone doesn't have to have a warehouse or employees. It is okay to be a niche or everything seller.You can make $ & successful as longtail or quick flip seller. You don't have to list 150 items a day to be a reseller...could go on. Most important is what makes you happy, puts food on table & your personal WHY❤from Chicagoland
@ProfitPlaybookPodcast10 ай бұрын
Very good points. Especially on having female reseller guests. We will be sure to look into that because we do want different perspectives.
@TJ-yv3kp10 ай бұрын
@@ProfitPlaybookPodcast I respect & appreciate your response. I just want to clarify that whether guests continue to be male focused or diverse balance with female resellers....I'm respectfully OUT once this becomes ANOTHER podcast with weekly interviews with "KZbin big names/Allstars" for clicks & views with tons of ads. You two are better than that and don't need to clout chase or fan girl over guests to grow channel subs. We all have seen what happens once clicks & egos grow on most of these podcasts. There's someone who was commenting more on Josh's recent live that I still support but no longer sub to the other guys he used to do podcast with. It's sad. One still mods over their but I'm out once things get ego driven, political & racist. Please stay humble & informative for your herd to find you

@@TheJoshGalt I think a little patients maybe a few ads for someone like me if a channel has too many ads my turned off and I don’t watch the channel anymore sometimes I’m listening and doing something else and if I have to keep pressing skip ad I subconsciously will avoid that channel. I think many people are that way and that’s why KZbin offers a ad free solution which I’ll never pay for.
