One person's garbage is another person's treasure, as they say. You'll never make sense of why there are people willing to part with their millions for a noisy, oily, leaky, smelly hunk of rusty old metal with 4 wheels, but they do. There are cars out there with far less racing pedigree and trophys than even these cars out there that fetch millions, even tens of millions. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Japanese people are smart!.they couldnt care less about these cars cause they get PAID,(overpaid)by americans..why they are willing to pay 80-400k for a skyline gtr model is beyond me.European countries have had these on the road(legal) since 2008 give or take.. and could get r34gtr for around 30k and r32 for aroundt 14/20k..but since americans are so willing to pay up, its hard to sell supra,skylines,nsx for the price of what they do over the atlantic..we dont feel they are worth 80/100k for one of those,so most of them are getting sold abroad!..
@MotiveVideo2 жыл бұрын
Actually, there are many enthusiast in Japan too who want to keep their cars and have as much passion for them as anyone else. Some sold at auction stay in Japan.

@@MotiveVideo yes i know,and im happy glad for that!.the culture there is epic and one of a kind.but they are atleast used and abused even though they are cared for!.ive followed noriyaro on youtube for some years now so i know there are very many enthusiast there, but its sad to see demo cars and other awsome cars being sold just so they can sit in a warehouse and being u hauled to an event or a show!..i remember very well how the community reacted when the top secret gt300, jun lemon r2,top secret 34gtr,amuse r34 gtr was being sold abroad, they were not happy!..only cars among these who is used for what is was build for is the jun lemon R33 which is located in england doing drag and circuit racing! and the amuse r34 who was used a couple of times on track in norway before it was sold to the us...the rest of them just sits and collect dust!..pretty sad for jdm enthusiasts world wide!

The BBL R32 is nice but I think they missed the mark. The kind of builds coming from restomod shops like Singer (Porsche) or MZR (240/260z) really shows whats possible in the restomod space. There is no doubt something similar can be done for R-Chassis but no one seems to be taking it to the next level, even though customer investment in these cars is at an all time high. The BBL R32 is nothing beyond what has already been done and is a little disappointing considering the brands associated with it and the 500k price tag...
@MotiveVideo2 жыл бұрын
If it had another 300hp and a Getrag 6-speed 👌👌 I wonder who could build that 🤔
@GodzilarOG73372 жыл бұрын
Sorry Andrew, let's be realistic and stop sugar coating it. Most would agree that you aren't a Skyline dude if you pay 500K to drive a "new feeling GRT", whatever the hell that means. The appeal to these cars is that they are highly modifiable, and you can kick some rich dudes ass in one by modifying one to your taste. That was the OG appeal to this car, and that's exactly why I bought mine stock, so I would have the pleasure of owning a project car.

JDM is too overrated. But that’s good for us Euro lovers cause people forget that euro can and do smash (obviously every engine has its pros and cons). BUT! In saying that, I’ve always loved the series 2 r33 gtst M spec as my old man had that when I was 6yrs old (18 years ago) and love the r32 gts4, RB20 cylinder walls so thick it can smash the rev limiter all day…… but….. 5cyl rs3 for me…. Can’t go wrong with dailying a 600hp stock block rs3! To those out there that WILL (not may) get butt hurt by this, I’ll tuck you into bed if you need and read you a story if needed be. Can comfort you if needed, but mostly likely will tell you to STFU 😂😂😂❤❤❤ much love to all who dont get butt hurt (those who also disagree with me ❤)
