I haven’t met a artist yet who likes the voltage control on the unlimited, but Cheyenne still makes some dope machines, the Cheyenne hawk pen changed the game,curious about the unio

Personally I think it’s the best they’ve made. Haven’t put it down since I got it. P

@@ThatTattooShow I just got my Valhalla rebuilt, it’s one of my favorite machines but in the past it hasn’t held up pass 3 months until I have to send it back so if it breaks one more time I’m getting the unio lol, I’ll probably end up getting one after Christmas cause I love the idea of a changeable stroke from Cheyenne

I absolutely love the 4.0 SOL Unlimited. Yeah, the gesture control is a pain sometimes, but I got over that really quick by memorizing the angle and numbers (volts). Then the issue with the button being black was killing me because I can barely see it even in clear wrap, and would turn the machine off or change voltage. So I painted that florescent yellow, problem solved. Steady mode for packing and lining and responsive mode for blending. I am fucking shocked at how smooth I can get black and gray with a 4.0, usually leaves so much dot texturing. Great fucking machine!!!!

My unio came in today and the only problem I have with it is the stroke adjuster is hard as fuck to twist. Was yours like this at first, is it something I’ll have to break in/wear down?
@ThatTattooShow Жыл бұрын
Yes it’s definitely hard to move at first and it loosens up with use 👍

Just bought my unio, tried it twice, mine seems to vibrate more than my other machines (cheyenne power supply and cartridge) i have to play with it more just not a love at first sight. It did not vibrate at all when i got it but as soon as i played with the grip to get my throw it did.
@ThatTattooShow2 жыл бұрын
I've noticed It vibrates more at around 3mm than 3.5 to 4mm. Just a case of finding the sweet spot I think - p

@@ThatTattooShow i did run it at 3mm, ill keep playing with it thanks !

Completely failed with the machine 🤣 w/I battery connection it’s a step backwards
@ThatTattooShow2 жыл бұрын
Not really, wireless tattooing isn’t for everyone and certain machines would consume to much power so batteries are pointless then.

Which’s power adapter supply best for unio guys, thanks.

Tbh I’ve always used Cheyenne machines with Cheyenne supplies or critical. (Chris)

Thinking to buy one of Cheyenne but you have couple , but which will be the best Cheyenne Hawk PU 3 / III Power Supply or Cheyenne Power Unit IV Compact Tattoo Power Supply or maybe something else 😃 🤔

Hi has anyone tried with the critical battery pack?
@ThatTattooShow2 жыл бұрын
You can’t use battery’s with it. It’s too power hungry and the jack protector is long which prevents a battery from being attached. Probably get 2 hours off a full charge.

They will be impressed the tattooing world if they allow you to change the 3.5mm connection to RCA. Anything else’s it’s in the market already. Nothing new tho
@ThatTattooShow2 жыл бұрын
We asked them about that and they gave a very good answer. Simply put, they believe the 3.5 jack offers a better connection. I’ll get Paul to talk about why in a video seeing as he has a cable company.
