What they're talking about here is SIF All Stars, which is another game that features μ's, Aqours and Nijigasaki Girls High School (basically another group). It's a game that takes place in another universe sort of where all three groups exist together at the same time and can interact with each other unlike the original SIF and show where they aren't operating at the same time as each other. In SIFAS, the main story revolves around the Nijigasaki Girls School Idol Club. In the second 'season' of the main story, they introduce a new antagonistic character called Lanzhu Zhong who has a friend called Mia Taylor. Unlike the main cast of all the previous groups, Lanzhu and Mia are unique in that their characters are not pure Japanese; Lanzhu is Chinese-Japanese and Mia is from New York (? i think, can't remember). To reflect this, they hired two new seiyuu, Akina Homoto who grew up in China, and Shu who is from Australia. As such, until the introduction of Keke Tang in the newest group Liella, Lanzhu and Mia were unique in that the songs they sang were in different languages other than Jap. Mia in particular has a song called I'm still which is mostly English with a smattering of Japanese.

This episode was a revelation. When I clicked on the video I expected to see someone who maybe knew some English but who was a native Japanese speaker but was surprised to instead see the guys talk to a bonafide Japanese Voice Actor that's extreme cute with an adorable Aussie accent, as well as the biggest balls I think I've seen grace the show before as she apparently knew that she wanted to be a voice actor from a very young age and worked her butt off to do it despite her parents initially being against it.
