Beltran was very excessive trying to restrain a guy who just got knocked out cold. There are definitely instances when dazed fighters need to be controlled after a fight but Casey was already across the octagon, Sanchez was flat on his back. There was no chance to even see how he was going to react when waking up before Beltran was already wrapping him up. I'm sure getting knocked out cold and waking up to a 225lb hairy ref strangling you is not going to make you react well regardless of what the initial reaction would have been without Beltrans excessive actions.
