R. Stevie is the best! Hi Doug from the admin of RSFans, you sent me your Sloppy Joe LP a couple years back. I’m the compiler of Freedom Vs. Fate, the 3LP set from RSD 2021. Great video!

Love this. Jimmy Crouse… wow. Any chance you know the name of the song you linked in the description? Can't find info on that one anywhere

I think it’s the B side of the record we talked about. Countryside - maybe? I looked him up on Discogs and he only has a couple releases. Def look him up! Thanks for watching!

Not sure if YT allows putting links, so I'll just mention his bandcamp site is pretty robust. One album called "the myth of the great outright extraordinary" seems to be a compilation lightly mixed and edited and released by a friend/fan with his permission. It has the two songs from that 45 Doug showed, plus 3 more. No sign of the one in that other video link though. I guess a little bit of mystery somewhat suits him anyway.

This is definitely a great conversation, and want to see more of this. And you definitely gonna turn these guys on to the Shades Of Sorrow series! Also, definitely gotta start getting all 12 volumes of East Side Story for the whole lowrider oldies experience. You would most definitely love them. I'm so happy to hear your trying to do a interview with Monster Mike too! That will be the shit. Much love to you brotha man

R. Stevie Moore is the greatest living songwriter after Paul McCartney. Don't change my mind
