So what's boss about it? It is a metal. Even if he scratched the surface, it's easily replaceable or fixed. You know what would've been BOSS? If he poured that glass of wine inside the rolex and closed the lid, and shook that watch to soak all the parts inside..

This is by far one of the best talking watches. I keep coming back to this video to watch it one more time. John Goldberger is a true collector, brought some of the rarest birds out for us to see. Towards the end, showing off that Rolex by opening the caseback with a knife was just WoW! Makes it more amazing when you know that's a million $ watch.

What I like most is this guy actually wears these works of art! Too many collectors just keep them locked up. To each their own, but with time pieces of this caliber, its a risk...and this man knows it, and still does it! Great collection

Popping the case back of a 2mil$ vintage, extremely rare complicated Rolex is beyond cool ! That move was both shocking and controlled, showed how many times he maybe did this before ! Very interesting gentleman Mr. John Goldberger ! Congrats for this episode, one of my favorites together with the Jean-Claude Biver one.

That has the 13ZN longines movement , as Alfredo Paramico said about it in another TW episode , it is the best mid size cased manual Chronograph movement ever made , by anyone, period !

Yep. It sold for 5,937,500 CHF (5,951,272.83 USD)!! Incredible. I know some won't agree but this unique White Gold is to me more valuable than the Paul Newman's personal Daytona that sold for 17 million USD.

It's a unique white gold bracelet. You can see similar looking bracelets on other vintage watches, but I don't know what you call this look.

John Goldberg (he is a nobody from Naples, Italy, he's real name is Auro.) He is not a watch collector. These are not his watches, he is just a front man of Davide Parmigiani, he is the real owner of these Frankenstein watches. the whole industry is plagued by these lowlifes.
