Good for you chuck. I’m 32 and I already decided I’m done drinking for the most part. Don’t get me wrong I have a few drinks every once in a while but 90% of the time I’m sober. It’s just a distraction you’ll get more accomplished in life staying focused and motivated. Good luck with everything this year!

When I had torn rotator cuff surgery I had the asswipe issue also. I was telling a Pastor friend and he said, brother Jerry get two saw horses and put brown carpet on one and white carpet on the other. After you do your business scoot on the brown like a dawg and check if it’s clean on the white.
