You don’t know why he ended up like he did, and you can’t confidently/competently say that you would do better than him in his own shoes. Thank you for doing this. I see a striking amount of similarity between myself and Mitch, and I think I'm ready to get some help with that. So thank you for doing this Dr.K.

And yes for those who are new to meditation I always say, if you find yourself crying you are probably doing it right! It will bring to the surface what you did not deal with, at the time you had to deal with it, and set it aside. It sucks to go through it, but improves your overall being when outside of meditation. Dropping those weight sacks you carry from your past feels fantastic!

So glad to see you helping so many people! I feel like when you started you were talking to "Mitch Jones" and by the end you were finally getting to David Jones.

Whenever you join Mitch' stream, chat with high chance will make him look dumb, but listening to this - man is just such a different person. I don't say that you cannot see this on the stream, but what I say is Mitch is a very great person. Seeing this kid slowly stepping back out of the loop and, exempli gratia, getting married, will make me very happy, happy for him. You know, it's better when your life starts late, than other way around. Also, it is sad to know that “chat” drove him to believe that he is not who he are. Nothing but respect.

I'm only 10 minutes in and I'm already loving this guy ! 30:37 I'm done😂😭 OMG Dr.K's monologue at the end was just mind-blowing ,man. And Dr.K is really 3_ years old🤯?!

Within 5 minutes it was already so much better than the Reckful talks. Mitch is a good guy. He did great here, totally open and respectful towards Dr. K, realizing how serious and important this stuff is. I'm a proud supporter of the arcane dream.

You can tell he really wanted to take it seriously because he decided not to stream it
@darkmoon27444 жыл бұрын
He showed alot of seriousness at certain points. Without a doubt he is a better person than he portrays.
@vxn4904 жыл бұрын
@@joeysung311 Exactly. Pay full attention to the conversation, not twitch chat or your camera and stuff around your room, while a HARVARD FACULTY MEMBER is taking time off of his day to talk to you in a mission to help people that need to hear it.
@vxn4904 жыл бұрын
@@darkmoon2744 You could tell, man. Twitch chat just turns you into someone else after a few years, especially given how long he's been in a prominent position on that platform, and how shitty people can be towards him because of that "mitch" persona. He's matured a lot, he's had a bunch of issues he had to go through alone, like missing his family and his mom especially. I feel for him but I know he'll be in a good place and it won't take that long. Hopefully he can turn it around and get his partnership back, and be in a healthy enough place to stream again.

I wonder if this helped him. He’s back on twitch and killing it now but I wonder if he’s “healthier”. I hope so man, I love this kid.

Wow, that moment where Dr. K asked what his mother would say in a situation where he's hard on himself would probably evoke emotion like 99% of the time. What a thoughtful question.
