Then we the nursing and doctors get blamed for spreading covid. Even though masks and visors stuck on our faces all day. Staff test positive with no symptoms, go home for a few days and come back to work. We must be loaded with antibodies.

Can tell you what the NHS is doing wrong, hiring incompetent managers and leaders. Same issue persists within the government, local councils etc. I know because I work there. The company culture of these companies needs addressing where managers currently aren't held accountable, managers are believed before staff because of the hierarchy within the company, there is a lot of toxicity within these companies, it is very hard to fight against ridiculous policies as an ordinary staff member (this doesn't stop me though). Incompetent staff (esp. managers) are never fired, they are just moved to another department! The discriminatory class system within these companies needs eradicating! I'd love to manage but they won't let me because I criticize and threaten their status quo. I criticize the critical race theory nonsense and other woke nonsense and take part in addressing (f)actual discrimination of staff not some perceived (woke) discrimination that seems to be prevalent lately! Get rid of incompetent managers and leadership and recruit competent people, that goes for every company in the world and grow some spine!
