Effectively it is a Contempt of Court of the State judiciary. The ONLY reason anyone would want a different judicial system is where their views are in conflict with the laws of the land. Therefore, by definition, these so-called courts should be prohibited.

I think it's a wonderful idea ... But if they can then so can anyone If they want a multicultural society then we need cultural guilds for everyone. the laws will be dictated by the guild you join . But laws only apply for people within the cultural guild and not to anyone outside it . Then all you need is to make it easy to leave guilds , join guilds or start your own guild . This would fix a lot of modern problems with society.
